Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio
Ana Kristina Gasteyer is an American performer and actress. Her most famous part was that she appeared as a co-host of the NBC sketch-comedy series Saturday Night Live, from the year 1996 to 2002. Since then, she has appeared in such sitcoms as ABC's Suburgatory TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto as well as the movie Mean Girls. Gasteyer began her acting career at Northwestern University. She initially trained in voice, but then switched to theater after becoming involved with the improv comedy group on campus. The same spirit has accompanied her through several supporting roles like the overly controlling Sheila Shay on Suburgatory and the zany Karen Grisham (agent) on Lady Dynamite. The whole thing has lead up to American Auto, the NBC comedy that grants Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring character. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She was the television actress in the HBO TV show Eastbound & Down, Capadocia on Amazon Television and the comedy Nacho Libre (2006). Reguera was born in Veracruz. She was the daughter of Nena de la Reguera was Miss Veracruz who became a journalist and television personality. Reguera studied ballet and began performing arts classes at the Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura.
